XRD-s of SiC and AlSi were obtained in the deposited coatings for all test samples which can be explained due to the presence of Si in the sodium salt Na 2SiO 3 (sodium metasilie) in the main electrolyte. Analysis of EDS-, XRF- and XRD-spectra shows that the main compounds that makes up the coatings are Al 2O 3, SiO 2, AlSi and SiC.
